Hi! I'm Sarah Wagner
Hi, I’m Sarah Wagner, and I’m proud to call western Louisville my home. I’m originally from Long Island, but my journey took me to Indiana in 2014 and eventually here to Kentucky—a place that has truly captured my heart. I share my home with my amazing long-term partner, two lovable dogs, and a handful of cats who rule the house (and my lap).
My path to real estate has been shaped by resilience and purpose. After spending the past decade overcoming CRPS and living with a disability, I understand how important stability, comfort, and independence can be. That experience inspired me to help others—especially those facing similar challenges—achieve the dream of homeownership. I believe that everyone deserves a place that feels safe, welcoming, and truly theirs.
When I’m not helping clients find their next home, you can usually find me tending to my garden, playing violin, crocheting something cozy, or snuggled up with a good book and my pets. I’ve also been part of the Society for Creative Anachronism since I was little, and I love exploring history, art, and the traditions that connect us to the past.
Real estate, to me, is about more than buying or selling houses—it’s about helping people start new chapters. I’m grateful for every opportunity to guide others toward finding a place where they can grow, heal, and belong.
